Watsonville October Community Ride
Join Bike Santa Cruz County for the Watsonville October Community Ride! Following two Bike Santa Cruz County successful rides held in April and May, the bike advocacy group will again bring together cyclists of all ages and abilities for fun, exercise, and a chance to explore the community by bike. We will be joined by numerous community partners, including Community Bike Collective, Watsonville Cyclery, SC Community Traffic Safety Commission, District 4 Supervisor Felipe Hernandez and Watsonville Mayor Maria Orozco.
The ride will take place on Sunday October 5 at 11 AM, and will explore the Ohlone Loop Trail. It’s a new route that is gently challenging and endlessly rewarding! Participants are encouraged to bring their own bikes, but those needing wheels can use one provided by Community Bike Collective, making it accessible to all who want to get involved.Riders will be joined by on a family-friendly bicycle ride around the open spaces of Watsonville.
