High speed car chase from Davenport to West Cliff ended up with the car going over the cliff and into the ocean. The driver was ok and climbed out of the vehicle and was taken into custody. He was earlier shooting a hand gun into the air north of Davenport. He then stole a car. The chase speeds were over 100mph.
