Santa Cruz, CA – Two Santa Cruz native musicians, Neil Erickson and Jacob Dennis, are returning to their hometown for a night of incredible performances, and a fusion of punk, rock, and singer-songwriter sounds at The Catalyst on Saturday, July 29th. They’ll be joined by a special guest, soon to be announced.
Jacob Dennis and his band are known for their raw, energetic, and catchy songs that draw inspiration from 90’s and 00’s punk icons. Jacob started his musical journey in Santa Cruz before moving to LA to pursue his dream. His band recently rocked sold out shows at the iconic LA venues, The Viper Room and The Troubadour. 
“I’m super excited to play at The Catalyst with Neil. It’s always fun to come back to Santa Cruz and see the fans and friends who supported me from the start. I hope everyone is ready for a wild night!” Jacob said.
Neil Erickson, now based in Santa Barbara with his band, has a unique blend of sounds ranging from acoustic folk to rock and roll. His recent releases showcase his versatility and talent as a songwriter and vocalist. Neil is signed to We’wey Records.
“It’s an honor to come home to Santa Cruz and perform with Jacob. I think our styles complement each other well and create a diverse and dynamic show. I can’t wait to play some new songs for the Santa Cruz crowd,” Neil said.
