EVENT SANTA CRUZ ANNOUNCES MIDTOWN FRIDAYS LIVE MUSIC LINEUP
Free weekly block party will feature 25 bands plus local artists, vendors and eats
SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – Event Santa Cruz announced today the return of Midtown Fridays. The summer series of free events will feature the talents of 25 local bands – more than any other music series in town. In addition to live music, event goers will enjoy a selection of local eats as well as the opportunity to check out the work of local artists and vendors. Midtown Fridays starts June 3rd and runs through to September 30th.
Located at Midtown Square, 1111 Soquel Ave in Santa Cruz, Midtown Fridays kick off on Friday, June 3 at 5 p.m. The premiere features a special performance by Danceography plus food and pop-ups by: Pana Food Truck, Epoch Eats, Santa Cruz Bread Boy, Santa Cruz Roller Derby, Rugged Coast SC, OM Soul, NA Stretton Designs, Summer Salt, Rootstock Artisan Collective, Harvest Tide, Kenna Shop, the Santa Cruz Warriors and more.

Midtown Fridays is produced in partnership with the City of Santa Cruz Economic Development Department, Off The Lip Radio Show, Lookout Santa Cruz, Studio Holladay, Discovery Preschool and Family Center, and Childish Santa Cruz. Midtown Fridays premiered in 2021 during the pandemic as a way to help illuminate the many businesses and restaurants located in Midtown Santa Cruz.
